You may not believe it when getting back to basics of the food you eat how much weight you stand to lose without dieting. For me it is not all about following any type of meal plan or eating certain foods, for me it is about eating fruits and vegetables that is helping me reduce my waistline and of course exercise. When I say exercise, I am not speaking of going to the gym I am talking about something most of us do every day and that is walking. When I say walking that is exactly what I mean is doing something that most are already doing daily, and it has nothing to do with power walking either. My daily routine consists of most of the days a week is get up and work on the computer doing a little research to jump start my day. Listen to the weather, go down stairs and walk on the treadmill for thirty minutes, take my American Bull Dog around the neighborhood for about 20-30 minutes depending on how many times he may need to water the grass or whatever may be in his way at the time spotting, and then I sit down and eat my breakfast i.e. toast, bread, bowel of cereal, fruit, protein drink powered with fruits and vegetable and all of that is based upon what I may want to eat that morning without any type of plan or thought process involved. I just do it. For the rest of the day depends on what needs to get done. Other words I do not live off any schedule or plans and I must admit I make up a to do list and never stay on point because whatever needs to get done I will jump on it and of course factor in those un-planned events that always will pop up in your life that need to happen right now. Getting back to the foods I am eating now is not something I stick to and more or less what my body is asking for me to give it and that is all and the weight is coming off without eating or exercising to any limits most of the junk food I do not even have the need to eat it the way I use to and for me that is the key. So the moral of this story is live your life to the fullest and do the things you love to do and that of course something that is legal and keeping you out of trouble and let your body have what it want and not what you think you need to put inside of it that is not good for you in the first place. Please do not forget to drink plenty of water which is another must I do each day.
