Retirement and Health

Retirement for me is nice giving me time to catch up on the things I was not able to do while working full time.  I am finding out now is the time to keep up with the house work around the home and for me to have the energy to do all this my body need to stay in tune by getting up in the morning and walking first thing in with my pet Bruno which we do every morning when possible.  Sometime before the walk I will go do stairs and walk for thirty minutes on the treadmill.  Then for the rest of the day I am ready to tackle anything of the day.  Exercise is a must for you to keep up all the activities needed for you to stay active.  No gym is needed for you staying in shape and all you need to do is do something physical at least thirty minutes a day for you to build up the need in doing more in the physical world of fitness.  Do it and be happy and out of the hospital.
